I have to agree with all of the comments about Anna. What a gem! She made the buying process simple for me and was always available to answer any questions. I stopped shopping around right after I spoke to her. Boca is fortunate to have her on the team! I’ve only had the tub for a month but I love it!

Anna is super friendly and readily available for any questions. She even took some time on her weekend off to show us some tub sizes so my dad could sit and try them. Excited to get ours installed!

Bought walk in tub for my mother who was having mobility problems. BOCA was excellent in listening to my mother’s concerns and providing her with the best fit. The craftsmanship is excellent and we have had no problems with the tub. And the installation was almost three years ago.

Let me say that working with Anna was amazing. She returned calls immediately, was always pleasant and helpful. There were some issues, like my tub was shipped 2 times and broken, and so they drove it to me. Also my toilet was damaged in the experience and they replaced it.
I LOVE my tub, especially the micro bubbles, they are wonderful. I never take baths and now I do! And often. So relaxing and contributes to my well being so much! I would recommend Boca to everyone.

It is nice to have a good massage before bed. Works all the soreness out of my knees.

Boca is the greatest! The patience they showed me through my endless questions and emails during my decision process is commendable. They made it easy. Even when a minor issue came up after install they were there for me and fixed the issue with no hassles at all. Great customer service both from the office and from the technician that came to fix the issue. We are thoroughly enjoying our Boca tub.

i was looking for a walkin bathtub, and i talked to two companies from the tv ads that i saw. one of these companies told me i could have a walkin bathtub without a heater for 130000, with a heater, over 20000, and then i found boca walkin bathtubs. this company makes you feel like they care about you and want to help you feel better. the customer service is outstanding, the quality of the product is like no one else. i saved thousands of dollars with this company and received a better product.

I am a builder that works with a lot of companies and working with the team at Boca was an awesome experience from start to finish. I would definitely work with them in the future and will definitely recommend them. Thanks Boca team!
